Sap rising – unfolding and springing into green life
Avacado soup recipe alert!!! zingy and fresh
For practice – as you feel into the softening Earth below and rise up beyond your ceiling and into the sky, feel into connection with nature and with others. Breathe in space and fresh air.
Follow nature’s lead to unfold, grow and open into the field of experience that is here now.
Sway and flutter with the breeze, delicate petals and unfurling leaves – how would you describe what’s happening for you
that makes you feel OK?
Are you ready to get back to yoga outside?
And refresh your kit for inside classes later in June?
Crossed thicker mats can help you to soften and warm up the surface you’re on, choose a direction to face, take a step forward, backwards, sideways – and rise up and open in space.
Green block covers are added to our range due to demand…
