I first met Uma around 12 years ago on a yoga therapy training in London. To this day, the image of her entering the classroom has stayed with me - she strode in heavily pregnant in a pink fur-like onsie outit and carrying a wicker basket of ripe apples from her orchard. Not only was she heavily pregnant with child, and with nutritious fresh apples to share with us, she was pregnant with wisdom and poetry and language that I had not encountered before - a way of being that I immediately found powerful, authentic, inspiring and yet so gentle.
All these years later, I'm blessed to be working alongside her, and co-creating nourishing experiences for yoga practitioners, teachers and yoga therapists. So here's what we have going on..Yoga United and with Womb Yoga & Total Yoga Nidra Network present:
