Mindful moment: Stop for a pause any time, how about now?
- close your eyes and use your other senses to feel into the space around and inside you
- notice loud, quiet, subtle - settling down, tuning in
- SHHHH - listen as if you were trying to pick up a whispering wind or the playing of sweet music somewhere in the distance just beyond
- lean in, get still and quiet
- suspend your life in this moment
- stay for one minute
- welcome whatever you notice
- write down a few words to encapsulate this experience
