Mindful moment: Stop for a pause any time, how about now?

  • close your eyes and use your other senses to feel into the space around and inside you
  • notice loud, quiet, subtle - settling down, tuning in
  • SHHHH - listen as if you were trying to pick up a whispering wind or the playing of sweet music somewhere in the distance just beyond
  • lean in, get still and quiet
  • suspend your life in this moment
  • stay for one minute
  • welcome whatever you notice
  • write down a few words to encapsulate this experience
