Mindful or mindless
The swami - mindful haha, what about mind-less?
When you're sitting for meditation or lying in savasana - use props to support you under head, over eyes, under lower back and knees. Come to some thoughts that weigh you down. some thoughts that are not new, that you know well like 'I'm too fat', I'm should be better at...'my body is getting old', 'how couldn't I see that was bad for me' etc..etc..
Feel weight of body - let thoughts drain away. Notice the sounds you can hear around you so they can go right through you, imagine you're transparent, body-less. Take the idea further depending on what thoughts you noticed. Can you go from body-less to face-less, to mind-less, to blame-less, fear-less, fault-less?
