Yoga Therapy Course - Nourish Your Body, Mind & Soul

Yoga Therapy Course - Nourish Your Body, Mind & Soul

Yoga Therapy Module 1 - The Essentials: Tuning into the Body

There is big change happening in the world, and we at Yoga United Education evolve our courses to meet the times we are living in and update the content accordingly. We have distilled this course into a 50 hour module to make it more accessible.

A beautifully crafted workbook comes with the package so you can read, learn, and do enquires and exercises at your own pace.

You do not need to be a qualified yoga teacher to join, this course is about you, how to navigate life, find more ease and flow, become sensitive to held patterns and limiting beliefs, to enter through the door of the physical body to the resources, wisdom and treasure chest of information you hold inside, to create lasting change and healing.

AND if you wish to continue to train to be a yoga therapist, meet our tutors, engage in our style of student-centred learning, prepare your foundations to hold a safe container for other seekers, and complete the first 50hours of the training.

Through body-centred experiential learning, gain new skills to empower people seeking physical, mental and emotional health. This way of being starts with YOU!

Primarily an introduction to yoga therapy for self care and to support personal practice, you will learn new skills with this sensitive and intuitive approach to meet, greet and inspire others on their healing journey as well as yourself. Step away from your every day life and take the opportunity to try out new ways of being within a supported and inclusive environment, and improve inter-personal skills within your field of work, and your life.

As well as yoga therapy, our tutors weave in experiential anatomy, body-mind centering, neuro-linguistic programming, Patanjali's philosophy of suffering & the yoga path, ayurvedic models to meet anxiety, anger and depression, lower back pain, and explore the barriers and armour we use to protect and shield us from deep connection.

We will explore multiple perspectives through which we can understand health, dis-ease and wholeness.

If you are not ready, you can find out more on our FREE yoga therapy taster, or join one of our inspirational workshop to get a taste of things to come – here’s a link to what’s happening next

You may choose to take this course as a stand alone option to create an immediate impact on the therapy services you currently provide, or as the required 1st module of 10 in our 550 hour yoga therapy diploma in London. For more information and a prospectus, see
