    Outline plan for the day

The best way to learn and trust what you teach is through your own authentic and direct experience. Presentations lead to discussion, discussion to direct experience, and direct experience to insights, integration and take aways. Discussion on the intention for inclusion, reinforcing what you may already be teaching, and consider safety and the use of props is key.

With her soulful and practical approach to yoga practice, teaching and facilitating, Judy Hirsh Sampath invites deep enquiry, discussion and connection between participants – please bring a journal so you can note any insights you receive after tuning into your own inner world and wisdom.
