ABOUT DELIVERY

DESPATCH  We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day. Orders placed before 1pm will usually be despatched the same day.

We do not despatch orders on weekends and bank holidays, so if you select a faster delivery option for an order placed on Friday afternoons, weekends and bank holidays, it may not be despatched for delivery until the next working week day.

During checkout, you may be offered one or more options for delivery.  You can calculate the cost of your delivery in the shopping cart, by selecting your delivery country and post code for the UK. This means you know what the delivery cost is before you make payment. This is recalculated when you checkout using your completed delivery address.   

DELIVERY SERVICES & TIMES All delivery times are quoted as estimates.   We do everything we can to get your parcel to you within the expected time period, but just occasionally parcels may get held up in transit due to circumstances beyond our control.  In the UK smaller parcels are sent with Evri and the Royal Mail and larger parcels are sent by a selection of carriers - DPD, Parcel Force and Evri. The cut off for parcels being sent that day is 11am. For international shipments we usually use a carrier based on the best price for your country and region.

DELIVERY SMS / EMAIL NOTIFICATION  Most carriers send either an SMS text message or email with your delivery information, so it is better to provide a mobile number for the delivery address. Delivery times are for guidance purposes as unforeseen accidents and delays can alter the driver’s schedule.

It is your responsibility to check your order confirmation email and make sure the delivery address is correct.  Although we'll do what we can to track missing orders down, we cannot be responsible for lost orders if the address is submitted incorrectly.

LATE DELIVERY If your delivery doesn’t show up within the expected timescale, please drop us a line, and we’ll investigate what has happened.  If we can’t track the parcel down, we may ask you to wait a few more days, just in case it turns up late, and ultimately we will re-ship or refund as you prefer.  We reserve the right to issue a refund rather than re-ship, if we deem it necessary.

During busy times when courier services are stretched to the limit, such as Christmas, lockdowns, or during sale season, delivery times may be a little longer than usual.

If you order goods that are marked as 'pre-order', we will reserve the in-stock items for you, and ship the whole order in one consignment once the pre-ordered items are in stock.

If you have a PO BOX address, please contact us before placing your order.

Customers Outside the UK

Please note that for deliveries to all overseas destinations you will be asked to pay customs charges, duty and taxes before delivery is made, depending on import regulations in the destination country. You are responsible for paying any duty, Value Added Tax and customs clearing charges. Products which are returned to us because you have not paid your local VAT or duty will incur extra return customs and carrier charges which we will deduct from any refund due.

Please be aware that goods may take longer than usual to arrive while extra documentation goes through customs and is checked. The buyer will be liable to pay for all import VAT taxes and import duties.

If you are buying anything containing linseed, lavender, or essential oils from us, please check the customs regulations in the country where you live, as we are unable to ship these to some overseas destinations

For fast delivery options, please take your shopping basket to the checkout where delivery options will be calculated depending on the size and weight of your order.

UK Economy Delivery

Packages under 2 kg are sent via Royal Mail and are usually delivered within 3 -7 working days. 

Packages over 2 kg are sent via Tracked Courier Services and are usually delivered within 3 - 7 working days.

Europe

Packages under 2 kg are sent via Royal Mail airmail and are usually delivered within 5 - 10 working days.

Packages over 2 kg are sent via Tracked Courier services and are usually delivered within 5 - 10 working days.

International outside Europe

Packages under 2kg are sent via Royal Mail airmail and are usually delivered within 7 - 15 working days.

Packages over 2 kg are sent via Tracked Courier services and are usually delivered within  7 - 15 working days.


DELIVERY REGIONS

UK Mainland - shipments are sent by EVRi, DPD, DHL, Parcel Force or Royal Mail.

UK Scottish Highlands & Islands - for the following UK Scottish Highlands postcodes, small parcels are usually sent by EVRi, DPD, DHL, Parcel Force or Royal Mail. All carriers charge extra for delivery of larger parcel to Highlands and Islands

This includes the following postcodes AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, HS, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26,  PH30-44, PH49-50 and ZE

Northern Ireland and Isle of Man- for the following postcodes, small parcels are sent by EVRI or the Royal Mail or Parcel Force or the most cost-effective carrier: Post codes BT and IM.

Channel Islands - for the following postcodes, small parcels are sent by Royal Mail or Parcel Force or the most cost-effective carrier: post codes JE and GY

European Shipments - smaller parcels are sent by Royal Mail, EVRi, DPD, Landmark or the most cost effective carrier.

Worldwide - If your country does not show in the checkout Country drop down list, or there is no Shipping Option shown, you can email us (office@yogaunited.com) for a delivery price.
