Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra Relaxation workshop
Soothe your nervous system, settle your mind, warm your cockles and allow a soft glow to flow from within. You can show up in your pjs ready for bed. There will be some movement, stillness, breathing, focusing, affirming practices with some explanation about what we’re doing and why.
Get cozy - you will need a bolster and a pillow/cushion, 2 blankets, an eye pillow, a sandbag if you have one or a 3-5kg bag of rice - be creative, see what you can find to help you be held by support, comfort and warmth, your space and my guidance.
