This workshop is for the over-worked, over-tired, over-whelmed which often shows up in aches and pains in the body, and an unsettled mind. If you are interested in yoga therapy for yourself or to consider training as a yoga therapist, this afternoon invites you to experience embodied mindfulness practices, learn more about our courses and ends with a restorative yoga practice.
