Why this course?
In a world where the news is saturated with reports of war, crime and violence, it’s essential to seek compassion and truth. It is also crucial to counterbalance our struggles by immersing body, mind and soul in freedom, peace and resilience as a reminder of our own goodness and generosity of spirit.
In this introductory module, we will become immersed in the applications of yoga, embodied mindfulness and somatics to re-engage with yoga as a sacred resource; for ourselves as well as helping others in overcoming obstacles that block joy, hope, wholeness and healing.
This live online weekend course is followed up with the recordings, presentations and resources on our online learning platform so you can download what you wish to keep for your own reference.
