Ordering from Outside the UK



Services to all UK destinations are operating normally, including Northern Ireland, where extra delivery time may be required due to paperwork being checked by customs officials. So far, we have not experienced any delays to NI.

Normal service remains to Jersey, Guernsey and the other Channel Islands. You will be responsible for paying any local taxes which are levied by the Channel Islands Authorities.

We continue to ship goods as normal to all countries outside the EU (including Norway and Switzerland).

Shipping to the EU

After Brexit, there are extra customs and shipping costs applicable to shipping goods to the EU.

Please be aware that goods may take longer than usual to arrive while extra documentation goes through customs and is checked. The buyer will be liable to pay for all import VAT taxes and import duties.

Our base currency at Yoga United Ltd is GBP (British Pounds).  You may be able to place your order in a different currency but when we receive the order, it is converted to GBP.  

If you are ordering from outside the UK your order payment with Yoga United Ltd will be converted from GBP into your currency by your credit card company or PayPal when they process the transaction. Please remember that currency rates change all the time and even the online currency conversion rate displayed here may differ from the rate when your transaction is processed by your credit card company.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

UK Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in product prices on shopping pages and in the shopping basket page. If you are ordering from outside the UK, our website removes VAT in the final checkout screen after you have confirmed your shipping country.

Our shipping prices exclude VAT for all destinations outside the UK.

Customs Duty & Tax In Your Country

If customs duty is charged for products which have been imported to the UK, but are not covered by a free trade agreement for that country and the EU, you may be required to pay any duty on the product.

You are responsible for paying any duty, Value Added Tax and customs clearing charges. Products which are returned to us because you have not paid your local VAT or duty will incur extra return customs and carrier charges which we will deduct from any refund due.

In the very rare case, that you have paid customs and duty charges and the parcel is subsequently lost, we will refund the cost of the item plus the delivery charge you paid us. We WILL NOT refund any customs and duty charges you have paid.

If for any reason, the delivery is delayed and you have changed your mind, and you refuse delivery or return the parcel to us at your cost, and you have paid customs and duty charges, we will refund the cost of the item only. We WILL NOT refund the delivery charge you paid us, the cost of returning the parcel to us or any customs and duty charges you have paid.

This includes The Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, etc).
