Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra Relaxation workshop
There will be some movement, stillness, breathing, focusing, affirming practices with some explanation about what we’re doing and why. You may want to bring a notebook or journal to integrate anything you've discovered so you can bring any new awareness off the mat and into your life.
Get cozy - you will need a bolster and a pillow/cushion, 2 blankets, an eye pillow, a sandbag if you have one or a 3-5kg bag of rice - be creative, see what you can find to help you be held by support, comfort and warmth, your space and my guidance.
