Buying on-line is as safe as buying by mail order. If you feel confident to buy by phone, fax or mail, you can feel confident to buy from Yogaunited. Your rights are the same. In the UK, you are covered by the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Trade Descriptions Act 1976.
If you do not wish to order online you can order by phoning 020 8361 1882 or +44(0)20 8449 3556 or emailing office@yogaunited.co.uk and sending a cheque made payable to 'yoga united ltd'.
If you receive faulty goods you have the right to a full refund - If your purchase is faulty or broken on arrival, please inform us immediately (within 3 days). You can return it to us in its original unused condition within 14 days, and we will either replace it or issue a full refund. If there is no fault with your purchase but you decide you do not want it, we will refund you the purchase price but not including postage . If you are returning or exchanging goods you are liable for all postage costs . Yogaunited will not automatically refund postage costs, so if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us by email or phone to discuss your concerns. We will be happy to help.
A note about yoga mats: For health and safety reasons - once the packaging has been removed, it is not possible to exchange or refund this product.


All our products are strictly quality checked but if you receive any faulty goods, you have the right to exchange or full refund. In the unlikely event that your customers return any Yogaunited products, please return them to us within 6 months and we will send replacements free of charge with your next order or issue a full refund.
Yogaunited privacy statement - data protection:
We promise that we will never give or sell your details to anybody or any company, anywhere, anytime. We will only use customer data for legitimate business purposes.


In order to comply with the European Union (EU) Directive on Distance Selling, our Terms & Conditions must be agreed to before your order can be processed. These terms and conditions for the sale of goods govern any contract for sale that we jointly enter into and tell you the rights and obligations you have. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.


By placing your order you are offering to buy the goods and permitting us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for purposes other than those stated in our Privacy Statement (above) without asking your consent and you may request that your details are removed from our system by writing to us.
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. Your credit card payment will be deducted prior to sending the goods ordered. This will usually be within 24 hours of the goods being dispatched. You do not own the goods until we have received payment in full. All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Errors and omissions excepted. Subject to not selling below our cost price.


You will receive confirmation of your order by email. Please check that the details contained in this email are correct. If there are any mistakes, please let us know immediately. This email is neither an invoice nor a formal acceptance of your order. Invoices are sent by post with the goods. In the unlikely event of us being unable to fulfil your order or part there of, (due to having sold out of a selected item), or there being an error in your order we will advise you as soon as it is possible.
If payment has been made on an order that we are unable to fulfil we will immediately refund payment by the same method by which the payment was made.


Local taxes & duties for those outside the EU are the responsibility of the shopper or recipient in the country of destination.


When you buy online, we will automatically calculate shipping charges by weight - before you make any commitment to buy.

Please note that due to the nature of mail and courier services  we cannot offer any guarantees on delivery times. 

However, we make every effort to ship your parcel as quickly as we can, and are confident that unless you are very unlucky, your parcel will arrive when expected!
If you order goods that are marked as 'pre-order', we will reserve the in-stock items for you, and ship the whole order in one consignment once the pre-ordered items are back in stock. 
International deliveries outside the EU may be subject to customs clearance. Yogaunited cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Customs or other government authorities.


From time to time we run promotional offers.   These are ususlly in the form of a code to be entered at the chcekout in order to receive a discount.

Unless otherwise stated, these offers do not usually apply to purchases from the wholesale or sale sections of our catalogue, holidays, training, and education
