Our medium-sized yoga bolster is a great prop for those who find the classic yoga bolster just that little bit too big.

Our cylindrical yoga bolsters are made from 100% cotton (cover) and are firmly filled with rayon fibre which complies with UK fire regulations. With an attractive decorative border and full-length hidden zip on the cover for a smooth seamless finish, this yoga prop is a must for all serious yoga practitioners.

Made specifically for yoga, this medium bolster provides firm and even support during restorative postures, and also acts as a comfortable surface for meditation. With a carry handle at one end and a lightweight design, the medium yoga bolster is extremely easy to move around your yoga class or studio.
