Nothing says they can go in the micro so I imagine not.

We would recommend putting your Eye Pillow on a radiator to warm it up, not the microwave.
However, if you do use the micro, make sure you leave the eye pillow to stand for at least 5 minutes after you take it out before you use it.

Please can you confirm the weight of the linseed eye pillow?
