I bought this Ultra lightweight travel yoga mat to take to Myanmar and did not have time to use it there! However I have been using it at home and can’t rate it more highly and it only weighs 12 oz! A must buy for the travelling yogi!

The Travel Mat is very thin so hard if used directly on floor – if used on top of yoga mat then it tends to move when changing position. Great on yoga mat if used for non dynamic style.

I’m really pleased with this mat. It takes up hardly any space, folding really flat, and weighs nothing. It’s very grippy so no slipping in downward dog! And great as an extra mat for my students, as there are only so many normal mats I can carry. Doesn’t offer padding but great for travel.

I do yoga every day and this travel mat is just what I was looking for to take on holiday. It has good grip and is extremely lightweight. It is very thin with no padding but it should be easy enough to find a carpet or mat to lie it on when away from home. It is also very handy for stretching in the gym – to use on top of the communal mats instead of a towel. Great purchase.
