An 8 night yoga holiday in Cherai Beach, Kerala, south India. 

Twice daily yoga and plentiful buffets, separate villa accommodation in a beautiful charm category resort with large swimming pool and on-site ayurvedic spa.

The daily schedule

1.5 hour Morning Practice (Vinyasa Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation) 

9:30-10:30 – Breakfast 

1hr Afternoon Yin Yoga practice 

19:00 onwards – Dinner 

There will also be 1 workshop and 2 evening (after dinner) Yoga Nidra offered. 

Sound Resonance Massage by Bea will be also available as an optional extra

The rest of the time is free for you to relax by the pool, enjoy ayurvedic treatments or to explore the local coast and hidden gems of this ancient land and spice route.

We are holding this retreat in our second home, Cherai Beach near Cochin in Kerala - it's a charm category 3 star rated resort with beautiful gardens and waterways between the Arabian Sea and the backwaters of Kerala. The villas are simple and each has a verandah, there's a fabulous swimming pool and private yoga space with Ayurvedic spa on site. This places oozes local charm and homely atmosphere with super friendly staff and a Yoga United reps on hand to cater for your needs. 

The beach is a few steps across a quiet dusty road, wonderful for walking and playing, and the warm sea is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, relaxing and becoming one with the sunset! Ayurvedic massage on site - book a consultation with the doctor to create a treatment package. 

We have been running magical retreats & groups in India since 2008 and it's a smooth operation. Come with us to celebrate with all your senses! it's a special place to experience yoga practice, and how it is woven through everyday life in its original place of birth.  All around are powerful reminders to re-connect with your natural and loving state of being and joy. India is a special place to experience Yoga and sister science, Ayurveda. 

Package includes own villa with verandah, a/c, fan, fridge and kettle. Twice daily yoga with one day off, airport transfers (on designated dates & flights)

The £350 deposit is non-refundable and is the only way to confirm your place (t&c apply). The single supplement will be added if you do not have your own room share as we do not offer shares. An invoice is generated which is payable by BACS by November 2025.

The Tamil Nadu taster is 5 x nights in Tamil Nadu - an hour internal flight takes you across South India from West to East. Stay in a fabulous resort, visit the UNESCO protected temple sites, with amazing architecture and stone carvings; another day trip deeper into Tamil Nadu culture with typical South Indian lunch, and relax by the pool. Fly back to the UK from Chennai (MAA). 

We also work with our friendly Indian travel agent to offer bespoke tours - whether you want to pamper and relax in South India for longer tours, or fly up north for the Golden Triangle and Taj Mahal, tell us what you desire.
