It provides gentle support, helping you to keep the spine lifted while taking pressure off the knees, easing the stretch in the hips and opening the chest for a fuller, deeper breath.
Small enough to carry to class, our Crescent Zafu is compact enough to double as a pillow if you feel inclined to lie down rather than sit.
The cushion is made from 100% cotton, with a handy carry handle, and filled with Rayon fibre which complies with UK fire regulations.
