The cotton cover is soft and cooling and is removable for washing. With an extra yoga eye pillow cover in the pack, you can use one whilst the other is in the wash.

The eye pillow can be heated gently on a radiator or in the airning cupboard. We definitely do not recommend heating it in the microwave.
