The perfect partner for your Zafu meditation cushion, this lightweight Zabuton is a quilted mat to insulate and support your knees and ankles whilst sitting for pranayama or meditation.
It has tie-tapes at one end, and a drawstring carry bag, making it easy to to pack away neatly when it's not in use, or for carrying with you to class. When the zabuton is rolled up in its bag, it can be used as a bolster; giving you two props for the price of one.
